Return and Exchange Policy

Plzpapa strictly follows the mentioned terms and conditions for return and exchange:

We try our level best to facilitate our valued customers to exchange their Product (s) purchases made online, under the following terms and conditions.

The customers are requested to please not accept orders if the parcel is damaged or the seal is opened.

The customers can exchange articles within 7 days from the date of order placed. The products must be in their original condition unused. Plzpapa will not accept the return and exchange where proper care instructions are not being followed.

Refund policy

We give Cash refunds. But the product should be Unused. The customer will send the product to our office. Our quality team will examine the product and grant a refund
